Record number of houses assembled in the UK in 2023

It’s a record! Baufritz UK assembled more bespoke homes in 2023 than ever before in its 17-year history. They cover a wide range of styles – from an alpine chalet to a barn-style home in Surrey, a modern town house in London and a contemporary family home by the sea in Scotland. We also built a country retreat in beautiful Devon including a boat house for the owner’s sailing yacht.

Watching a house being assembled is a magical experience. It takes just two to six days to put the building shell together and weather-proof it. Thanks to our specialist team from Germany, everything is done with maximum precision down to the last millimetre. And to top it all, later this month we will be assembling our 100^th house in the UK.
