Moving along:
Safe transport and delivery

The lorries carrying your Baufritz home arrive safely at the building site, well protected against the wind, water and dust. The modules are carefully and reliably wrapped at the factory in Germany with a recyclable cover that is removed and disposed of properly on site. This is when your house is finally assembled. Maximum precision and uncompromising quality – that’s what you expect from a Baufritz house.

German quality in the UK

Baufritz has been established in the UK for over 15 years with dedicated headquarters in Cambridge. In the wake of Brexit, our material and supply chains between Germany and the UK have remained intact. We have also expanded our excellent and reliable network of craftspeople and partners in the UK, and can therefore guarantee the same high standards in the UK as we do in Germany.

Assembly

What happens when your Baufritz house is assembled on the building site? We have some impressions for you here.

The facts speak for themselves: Depending on the size and complexity of a house, it takes four to six lorries to deliver all components. Wall elements can measure up to 42 feet long and weigh two-and-a-half to three tons. The shell of the building is in place and weather-proofed after just two to six days. At this point, we usually hold a topping-out ceremony. The next step involves fitting out the interiors, which can take between four to ten months. Then it’s time for you to start packing your boxes, move in and feel at home.
