Baufritz teamed up with Carolin Stephan, interior designer from Munich and winner of the 2018 "Best of Interior" award, in building this exceptional house. Her sensitivity to the lifestyles and aspirations of her customers enables her to create interiors that truly feel like an extension of their personality. Carolin Stephan incorporated her flair for trends and her sense of the owners' lifestyle in designing this custom-planned prefab home - her first time working with this type of house.
