Barn L Compact: A new addition to our Signature Homes

Our Signature Homes collection of pre-designed houses launched in 2024 has garnered considerable attention. Building on this, we have added a new design to the range of houses in the Barn Collection: Barn L Compact offers customers a more cost-effective version of Barn L, without compromising on the sustainability and use of healthy materials that customers expect from a Baufritz house.

Barn L Compact is a four-bedroom, single-story house with an L-shaped design. Clean lines and the extensive use of glazing give it a modern look and feel. The layout makes optimum use of space, with a clever storage unit above the plant room and a guest bedroom with ensuite  bathroom built into the loft. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area features a stunning double-height, vaulted ceiling with exposed rafters that creates a bright, airy space. Sliding patio doors open onto the garden.  

With natural timber cladding and a clay tiled roof, Barn L Compact is extremely energy efficient and conforms with passive house standards. As with all houses in the Signature Homes range, we offer a turnkey service with a streamlined planning, approval and construction process.
