Ben Fulton

Since joining Baufritz UK in 2007 I have assisted over 50 clients on their self-build journey, from house design and specification, to welcoming them into their completed new home. I consider it a privilege to accompany and advise our customers in building their own bespoke, healthy, timber house. With my intricate knowledge of our construction system and detailed approach to cost analysis, I ensure projects are delivered to our clients’ brief and on budget.

My expertise lies in being detail orientated, a great listener and interpreting a customer’s individual requirements to support the collaboration between the client and our partner architect. I believe that anything is possible with our construction system, no matter what you are looking for. I will guide you each step of the way, from our initial meeting all the way through to ordering your new home and will ensure you always have confidence in the next step of the process. I love seeing my client’s projects come to fruition and I look forward to working with you on your new home!

Robert Lumme

Ever since studying to be an architect, I have been passionate about designing sustainable and healthy buildings. Through my work in large architectural practices and in my own business, I soon realised that it is almost impossible to create a truly ecological, non-toxic building using conventional methods. In 2011 a friend introduced me to Baufritz and its building concept. The company constructs houses that are free of VOCs and toxins, using sustainably sourced, largely recyclable materials. When I was offered the chance to join them, I did not hesitate.

As a Baufritz building consultant, my role is to guide you through the build process from project inception right through to the realisation stage. I will share my knowledge on every aspect of the project with you and promote your design brief to ensure that your home is delivered on time and on budget. Together, we will turn your ideas into reality. I look forward to working with you on your exciting, sustainable building project.
