• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Baufritz UK" refers to Baufritz (UK) Ltd. whose Instagram handle is @baufritz_uk. The "Prize" refers to one joint National Trust membership for one year.
• By entering the competition the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 31.12.2023. One winner will be selected at random by Baufritz UK on 04.01.2024 and will be notified on or after this date.
• Baufritz UK’s competitions with entry via Instagram or/ and Facebook are open only to residents of the United Kingdom. One winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of Baufritz UK, as well as their relatives, are not eligible to enter.
• Meta is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram and/ or Facebook by fulfilling all conditions listed in the specified post by Baufritz UK.
• The Prize will be awarded to randomly selected winner who entered on Instagram or Facebook and fulfilled all the conditions of entry, using a random number generator.
• The winners will be informed via Direct Message on Instagram or Facebook. Winners must send their contact details and address via Direct Message to Baufritz UK Instagram or Facebook account or by e-mail to [email protected] within 5 working days of being notified of winning. If the winners fail to confirm acceptance of the prize within this time frame, their entitlement to the prize will be forfeited without substitution. Baufritz UK will then pick a substitute winner by following the same procedure.
• There is no obligation to accept The Prize.
• On acceptance, The winner will be contacted directly by Baufirtz UK. The provided name, address, email address and phone number of the winners will be used for setting up the membership only. 
• Baufritz UK will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Baufritz UK takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Baufritz UK shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• All entries must be submitted by individuals. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified (including entries made using any script, macro, bot, or promotional service). Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud or other illegitimate means will result in disqualification.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Baufritz UK’s reasonable control, Baufritz UK reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• Baufritz UK's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The personal data of the participants will be used and collected by Baufritz UK in compliance with data protection regulations. The consent can be revoked at any time by deleting the corresponding post. By doing so, the participant declares at the same time that they no longer wish to take part in the contest.
