Baufritz home in North London now assembled

We are delighted to announce that we have completed assembly of our latest building project in the UK – a stunning contemporary home in North London. As we already reported in August last year, we were granted full planning permission from the council to build the house including the garage in accordance with the client’s wishes.

Thanks to the outstanding work our fabulous team, the house was prefabricated, delivered and assembled in record time. A total of 28 fully loaded lorries transported the prefabricated elements from Germany to the building site in the UK, making 56 round trips from the transshipment point. The waterproof shell was put together over the course of just nine working days and is now ready to be fitted out.

Set on a sloping site in an area of outstanding beauty, the house offers sweeping views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Designed to meet the highest energy efficiency standards, it comprises a basement, ground floor and first floor. We worked with trusted partners in the UK on the groundworks, to install the ground slab and build the basement. An outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts complete the design of this beautiful modern residence.
