We apply the same principles to the way we live and work. Everything we do is shaped by our past experience. By the tragic realisation that construction materials and methods can cause harm. When our present-day CEO Dagmar Fritz-Kramer’s mother was diagnosed with a serious illness, it revolutionised the concept of timber-frame construction and healthy living. Building responsibly, unearthing the right soil conditions, avoiding any harmful impact on the environment, using healthy materials carefully and respectfully to achieve lasting climate protection – all that is more than a philosophy; it is a matter of survival. Uncompromising and unconditional.

We are convinced that homes should be designed individually to reflect your needs and wishes. Our team of in-house designers and architects will take you through the design and planning process step by step to create your bespoke home. Thanks to the inherent flexibility of our building system, we can implement almost any house design – whether by our in-house designers or an architect of your choice.

Without cutting corners, but taking responsibility for nature and for future generations. From the materials we use to the finishing touches, you can be sure that our bespoke home is natural and healthy.

When it comes to building homes, we take a holistic approach. Everything we do is geared towards creating an environment that is good for your health – and that of the environment. Because the two are closely linked. We are part of the natural world and are committed to doing all we can to protect it.

Innovation

It’s good to be satisfied. But we want to go further than that and make a difference in the future, too, with innovative ideas, research and development. We strive to make good things even better. If products available on the market do not fully convince us, we develop them ourselves. Such as our own paints, render, insulation and lighting, to mention just a few. They must be free of harmful substances and help to create a healthy living environment.

We see ourselves as an innovation lab and thinktank with a long tradition. That also goes towards explaining why our innovations are so successful. To date, we have more than 40 exclusive patents. And they will not be the last. Because we are not satisfied with simply being satisfied.
